One of our clients (US based MNC IT company) is looking for PeopleSoft Developers for their Chennai development center. The requirements are in Financials and HRMS domains. Salary is not a constraint for right candidates. Interviews will be conducted in September/October 2007.

Required Skills              :

1)     Excellent communication skills.

2)    Very good College/University grades

3)    Excellent interpersonal skills

4)    Ability to learn and perform quickly 

5)    Excellent understanding of SDLC process and ERP Domains

• Individuals who have already got trained in PeopleSoft also can be considered for these positions

Required Skills              :

1)     Should have at least 2 years of PeopleSoft experience for junior developers and min 4 years for senior developers

2)     Should have strong knowledge and exposure to basic PeopleSoft technologies like SQR, PeopleCode, PeopleSoft Objects and App Engine

3)      Should have worked in Project Implementation/ Production Support & Debugging / Upgrade Projects experiences

4)      Should be able to work independently in resolving issues, with minimum guidance/help..

5)      Functional exposure is added advantage.

6)      Good communication – verbal and written

7)     Should be able to understand Functional specifications and write technical specifications

8)     Should have excellent interpersonal skills
