Job
Description:
-
Hands on environment management lead
who is responsible for the setup and
maintenance of global development, system
integration and user acceptance environment
-
Enforce control and
access procedure in various technical environments
based on JPM control and risk policy
-
Review and evaluate
machine level and application level security setup
of the business system
-
Setup and maintain
end to end testing environment for cross platform
projects
-
Work closely with the
F&O Plan, Build and Operate teams in different
regions.
- Participate in on-going
system improvements around the production /
development environment.
-
Effectively
communicate issues and status updates with
business users; sponsors and other AD teams Work
closely with the F&O Plan, Build and Operate
teams in different regions.

Record/document
information within our knowledge database
concerning various development projects, testing
and disaster recovery environment setup.

Work closely with
other JPMC application teams and business groups
to develop strategic solutions and resolve
environment problems.
Skills
& Knowledge Required:

Report to Build manager in North America.

Comfortable with making team leading decisions
such as identify and access risk / opportunities,
determining resolution / actions.

Capable of solving
complex issues from analysis, design, coding,
testing to implementation.

Able to link business
needs to technical solutions.

Experience with complete software
development life cycle

Capable of managing
the implementation of solutions to complex
problems independently

Understanding of
problem management methodologies
Essential
Experience:
-
4+ years of solid AS400 experience.
-
2 + years of AS400 software development
experience.
-
2 + years of AS400 application support and / or
User Acceptance Test support.
-
Preferably project management experience
-
Experience with SDLC, CMMi
-
Preferably banking/ large system experiences
-
Liaising with Plan and Development teams
Technical
Competencies:
-
Extensive knowledge of OS400, CL, RPG, ILE, MQ
Series, SQL
-
Java, Websphere experience is a plus
